Currently we are working with 20 Samadhan Dal (women domestic workers collectives) which has 450 women as members and we have reached out to another 2000 through our different activities and campaigns.
We started with twenty senior women, who are all above 60 years of age when Kolkata Initiatives started in May of 2017, and currently we have 150 seniors who visit our centres.
Parichiti has involved men from 20 different areas in Kolkata and South 24 Parganas to fight for gender justice. In 2016 Parichiti took the initiative to bring together organizations working with men for gender equality. This network was subsequently named Formun to Engage Men- West Bengal (FEM-WB). This network has 15 member organizations and has expanded to 9 districts of West Bengal. Through the 'Ek Saath' camapign we have build 500 Samatar Saathis (Community Volunteers) under this network. And we have been able to reach 800 men till now.

The 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence is an international campaign used by activists around the world as an organizing strategy to call for the elimination of all forms of gender-based violence. The core 16 Days campaign takes place every year between November 25 and December 10. Every year Parichiti conducts different activities to spread awareness in these 16 days
Parichiti has been working with men from 2017, and this discussion was about what we have perceived after at the end of this project. this dialogue was attended by the Protection Officers and people from various works of life.
